If you are new to volunteering with the Vail School District please follow these steps in order to be cleared to volunteer. Each school year, you will need to update your personal information to continue volunteering, so please make a note of your login information.
Step 1: Complete the online volunteer application at: https://www.applitrack.com/vail/onlineapp/default.aspx
Step 2: By law, all volunteers must complete a Criminal History Affidavit attesting you are not now awaiting trial nor have ever been convicted of any of the criminal offenses listed on the Affidavit. Once you complete the online application, the district will be notified to send you the Affidavit through www.applitrack.com. You’ll need to log back in and click on “Forms”. Once you fill in your name, click on “Allow name to act as digital signature” and then hit “Submit”.
If you are a parent/legal guardian, you are ready to volunteer!
If you are a grandparent, extended family member, or community member please continue to step 3.
Step 3: Arizona State law requires anyone other than a parent/legal guardian must be fingerprinted in order to volunteer on our campus. Blank fingerprint cards and a list of fingerprinting locations are available at the ORE front office.
If you have any questions or need assistance with this process please contact ORE’s volunteer coordinator at 520-879-3619, or you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have any problems creating a volunteer account or need help with a password, simply click Request Technical Help located at the bottom of the page.
We thank you for all you do and we can’t wait to see you at school!
